01 Our Belief
The Belief Underneath the Work
Winning Within & Associates was founded in Kansas City in 2011 by Dr. A'Yanna Webster after encountering the same truth in boardrooms, classrooms, and community rooms: every organization is a group of people first.
Sustainable change begins within people, is strengthened through relationships and leadership, and is sustained through organizational systems and culture. This belief shapes how we work. We take time to understand what is happening, consider the people and context involved, and design solutions around what each client is working to strengthen or change.
Dr. Webster leads the work as Founder and CEO. As a strategist, advisor, and facilitator, she works across organizational effectiveness, leadership and workforce development, and meaningful conversations.
