The Belief Underneath the Work

Winning Within & Associates was founded in Kansas City in 2016 by Dr. A'Yanna Webster, after meeting the same truth in boardrooms, classrooms and community rooms. Every organization is a group of people first.

Sustainable change begins within people, is reinforced through relationships and leadership, and is made durable through organizational systems and culture. That sequence is why the firm partners with a client for the long term instead of arriving for a day, and why every engagement starts by understanding what is actually happening before anything gets designed.

Dr. Webster leads the work as Founder and Principal, alongside a trusted network of consulting associates and subject matter experts. She is a certified CliftonStrengths coach, and the work she designs runs from executive teams and boards to first year college students. Meet Dr. A'Yanna Webster
